How to use 

THE SWISH METHOD
After brushing teeth, shake the bottle well. Squirt a small amount of foam into the mouth. Spread evenly over teeth with tongue. Spit it out. Pop aligners back in. Done. 

THE ALIGNER METHOD
After brushing teeth, shake the bottle well. Squirt a small amount of foam into each of your cleaned plastic aligners. Pop the aligners in your mouth as usual. Done.
